Né à Paris en 1938, Daniel Hanequand dit :«De nature un artiste surréaliste, mon instinct dicte un besoin direct et naturel de m’exprimer librement dans un appel urgent de liberté, utilisant l’art visuel comme le véhicule qui permet à mon esprit de s’élargir et de se libérer pour contre balancer et questionner “La Peur de l’Inconnue”. Il s’agit de “bichonner”un massage de cerveau”qui me guide en un assouvissement merveilleux…et de ce fait me perd dans la nuit des temps! »
Metamorphia «Je possède la créativité en unisson avec le magma humain de tous les jours, une épique aventure. Elle me mène directement dans une «cavale» utopique accordées à mes sensations intimes qui me guident vers un monde marginal, qui répond à mes besoins du contraire… m’éloignant de l’art, du monde vivant en dehors des sentiers battus, suivant uniquement mon instinct intrinsèque, nourrissant mon ego, poursuivant ma mission artistique.»
Born in 1938 Daniel Hanequand grew up in Paris, France. He has featured in International group shows and solo exhibitions in Canada, USA, Taiwan, Poland, France, and other countries. He is is well-knowed on media (newspaper, TV…).
«My Metamorphia series, new colored pencil drawings has the same essence and same language of former works. I am possessed by my own complicated cranium, unusually creative connected with the human magma of everyday life, a saga leading to utopia according with my inner feeling about the world «as is»… This leads me to a farfetched world, responding to my need of being the contrary… away from the mainstream of art, following my instinct, self-satisfying, pursuing my artistic mission. The aim of art is to represent not the outward appearance of things but their inward significance.»
